Ecommerce Dispute Resolution Specialist

As a Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of disputes and chargebacks from start to finish.
- Handling dispute cases from beginning to end.
- Following structured processes and meeting deadlines consistently.
- Collecting and submitting evidence (documentation, screenshots, etc.).
- Verifying customer data in our systems.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on dispute outcomes.
- Identifying trends and suggesting process improvements.
For this role, we are looking for someone with hands-on experience in dispute resolution. You should have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, as well as experience working with our systems. Additionally, you should be highly organized, detail-focused, and process-driven, with reliable communication and accountability.
