We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Appointment Setter to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in connecting entrepreneurs with solutions that transform their businesses.

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for:

  • Closing incoming pipeline: convert warm leads into booked sales calls, nurture prospects through strategic follow-up, and qualify leads for sales-ready appointments.
  • Sourcing new lead opportunities: engage in Instagram conversations, execute email outreach campaigns, make outbound calls to high-value prospects, and utilize creative prospecting across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will thrive in high-growth environments, love connecting with successful entrepreneurs, and take ownership of results and metrics.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Lead Management: respond to Instagram messages within 2 hours, convert conversations to calls.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: email, phone, LinkedIn, and creative prospecting.
  • Appointment Setting: schedule qualified meetings that show up and close.
  • CRM Management: track all activities and maintain detailed prospect records.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years appointment setting or inside sales experience.
  • A proven track record hitting quotas and show-up rates.
  • Experience with Instagram, email, and phone prospecting.
  • The ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
