
Improve Systems as a Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a vital role in reimagining how Consumer Packaged Goods companies think about talent access. You will identify prospects, conduct outreach via email and calls, and create relationships with market leaders and qualify them for services.
Responsibilities include:
- Research target accounts and decision-makers to generate interest
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders
- Conduct high-level conversations with founders, C-suite, HR professionals, and hiring managers
- Update CRM (HubSpot) with prospect interactions for streamlined lead management
- Schedule discovery calls with qualified leads
- Meet quarterly quotas for qualified meetings
Must Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SDR or business development roles
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Familiarity with candidate tracking systems like Loxo
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Deep understanding of the CPG industry and terminology
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in staffing or consulting
- Bilingual (preferred)
- At least 3 years at the same company
Hard Skills:
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Content management and documentation skills
- Experience with demand generation and lead flow management
- Skilled in qualifying inbound leads using frameworks
- Proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Research-savvy for identifying ideal prospects
- Exceptional communication tailored to diverse audiences
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST from home.
