Caregiving Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Clinical Nurse in our healthcare team. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care and supporting daily clinical operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, clinical knowledge, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced healthcare setting. They will also be able to assist with assessments, maintain accurate patient documentation, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Assist in clinical assessments, monitoring, and follow-up of patient conditions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Support patient education by providing health information and counseling as needed.
• Ensure a safe and clean clinical environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and internal case reviews.
• Demonstrate professionalism and initiative in handling various healthcare tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and patient outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all medical laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Graduate of medical-allied course, preferably Nursing, and must be a licensed healthcare professional.
• At least 6 months of experience in a healthcare or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, service-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Strong attention to detail and initiative in managing patient care and documentation.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative, and patient-facing environment.
