Platform Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to drive the roadmap and development of our user-facing platforms.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead end-to-end product strategy, execution, and lifecycle management for our desktop app, mobile app, and Chrome extension. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer journeys, pain points, and workflows to deliver high-quality platform experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Lifecycle Management: Design and implement onboarding, activation, push notifications, and retention flows to optimize user engagement.
  • User Experience: Foster a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences to deliver intuitive and reliable platform experiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data, and growth teams to launch new features and improve existing ones.
  • Platform Growth: Partner with marketing to scale adoption and usage through data-driven decision making.
Requirements
  • Product Management Expertise: 4+ years of experience in managing desktop/mobile apps and browser extensions.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven success in launching, scaling, and marketing user-facing software across platforms.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to work closely with engineering teams and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional collaboration, project management, and communication skills.
