Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary Technical Architect Leader to spearhead the development of AI-driven digital platforms.

This role requires technical expertise in architecting, designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable AEM platforms.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), experience with high-availability and failover strategies at scale, and hands-on background in solution architecture, infrastructure automation, and scripting.

In this role, you will partner with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and automation strategies for containerized microservices.

You will also implement predictive monitoring and observability tools to proactively address issues and optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architectural Leadership: Define and drive enterprise architecture for AEM platforms with an emphasis on cloud-native scalability, AI-driven personalization, and platform resilience.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Solution Architects, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
  • Platform Oversight: Oversee the design, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of AEM platforms, ensuring high availability, intelligent monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • DevOps & Automation: Partner with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and automation strategies for containerized microservices.
  • Performance & Observability: Implement predictive monitoring and observability tools to proactively address issues and optimize system performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor, aligning technical architecture with business strategy, and communicating vision across technical and executive teams.
  • Strategic Innovation: Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, AI frameworks, and automation tools, ensuring the platform remains future-proof and competitive.
