Customer Support Representative

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by leveraging product expertise and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing technical and product support via digital and voice channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues: Ask thoughtful questions to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date on product changes: Stay current on product changes, new features, and integrations, proactively expanding knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Collaborate with peers: Validate workflows with peers and identify patterns in customer feedback to inform internal discussions.
  • Ownership of customer understanding: Take ownership of ensuring customers understand key features and benefits aligned with their goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical troubleshooting and bug triage support: Proficient in technical troubleshooting and bug triage support, with experience handling complex customer issues.
  • Operating systems and software: Familiarity with operating systems, particularly Windows and Mac OS, as well as proficiency in software troubleshooting for various applications.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Problem-solving and time management: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and adhere to SLAs.
  • Support tools and processes: Proficiency with support tools, including live chat and ticketing systems, as well as knowledge base management platforms and processes.
