Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Performance:

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Process Control Engineers, ensuring high performance and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and cGMP guidelines.
  • Allocate tasks and manage workflows to optimize production line efficiency and minimize downtime.

Process Optimization & Problem Solving:

  • Lead initiatives for process improvements, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions for process and quality-related issues, concerns, and deviations.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all processes and documentation meet stringent cGMP, ISO, and HACCP standards, as well as internal quality requirements.
  • Actively support and participate in validation activities, internal and external audits, and other task groups focused on manufacturing, quality, and documentation compliance.

Training & Development:

  • Develop and deliver effective training programs for production personnel on process control procedures, cGMP, and quality standards.
  • Support continuous learning within the team and across production operations.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in process engineering or a similar technical role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or food manufacturing industry.
  • At least 1 year of proven supervisory or team leadership experience in Production or Process Engineering.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong working knowledge and practical application of Problem-Solving Analysis, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and the 7 Quality Control (QC) tools.
  • Knowledge and application of Out-of-Control Action Plan (OCAP) is a distinct advantage.
