About the Role

Join us in shaping the future of collaboration with AI as we seek an entrepreneurial Product Manager to own our user-facing platforms. This is a high-profile opportunity for a skilled professional to lead the roadmap, development, and user lifecycle touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Ownership: Drive product strategy, execution, and lifecycle for desktop, mobile, and Chrome extension.
  • Lifecycle Management: Design, implement, and optimise onboarding, activation, push notifications, and retention flows.
  • User Experience: Delve into customer journeys, pain points, and workflows to deliver seamless, performant, and reliable platform experiences.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data, and growth teams to launch new features and improve existing ones.
  • Platform Growth: Partner with marketing to scale adoption and usage, leveraging data and experimentation.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of product management experience with a focus on desktop/mobile apps and browser extensions.
  • Demonstrated success in launching, scaling, and marketing user-facing software across platforms.
  • Strong understanding of user lifecycle touchpoints: onboarding, push, engagement, retention.
  • Technical proficiency: Ability to work closely with engineering and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional collaboration, project management, and communication skills.
