Are you a highly organized and influential individual with a passion for managing creative projects? We are seeking an exceptional Creative Project Manager to join our remote team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of creative projects, overseeing timelines, and fostering seamless collaboration across the creative department.

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects, primarily focused on video content.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison between creative teams, strategists, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration within the creative team.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Organize and assign tasks, tracking progress and ensuring accountability.
  • Report directly to the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) on project status and team performance.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing creative teams, preferably within a marketing or eCommerce environment.
  • Critical proficiency in ClickUp. Knowledge of other project management tools like Asana and Notion is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate project requirements clearly.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience working with remote teams and understanding their unique dynamics.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
