Role Overview

Companies can transform websites into real-time data pipelines within minutes, integrating with over 7,000 applications through powerful integrations.

About The Role

This position focuses on delivering data extraction and custom report building for our premium group of customers.

You'll collaborate with our Customer Success organization to help users efficiently receive mission-critical data at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Work with our Managed Services team to own project deliverables for managed clients and ensure client expectations are met.
  • Be an internal expert focusing on automation workflows, data extraction, and customization using our robots.
  • Utilize Regex, XPath, and JQ for data scraping, manipulation, and formatting.
  • Work with tools like Zapier and N8N to process data and create end-to-end workflows for data extraction, integration, and delivery.
  • Perform extensive QA testing to ensure robots function properly prior to client delivery.
Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience with HTML or another programming language.
  • Experience with JavaScript and JQ is required.
  • High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple ongoing deadlines.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Regex and XPath is beneficial.
  • Prior experience with web scraping tools is advantageous.
  • Previous front-end web development experience is desirable.
