About This Role

We are seeking an experienced backend engineer to bridge data infrastructure, backend systems, and AI operations. This position will be pivotal in building and scaling the systems that power our business.

  • Design and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure using tools like dbt and Snowflake
  • Develop and deploy AI agents and other micro-services/tools that support operational and community use cases
  • Own our backend architecture, with a focus on scalability, automation, and velocity
  • Integrate third-party platforms (CRM, ESP, forms, etc.) and unify customer data across systems
  • Support internal tools and workflows to help the team move faster with fewer resources
