Job Summary:

The Data Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines that enable reliable data movement, transformation, and accessibility across the organization. This role ensures seamless integration of multiple data sources, including data warehouses and lakes, while optimizing ETL/ELT processes for accuracy, consistency, and availability. The Data Engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to address data needs, uphold security protocols, and deliver insights that drive business outcomes. Additionally, the role contributes to continuous process improvements, ensuring data systems are scalable, efficient, and well-documented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support business needs.
  • Integrate and manage data from multiple sources, including data warehouses, data lakes, and external systems.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain ETL/ELT processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data requirements, enforce security protocols, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in data engineering practices, including documentation, automation, and process optimization.
