Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive to lead our workforce management efforts.

  • The Senior Executive will be responsible for generating schedules that meet business requirements, ensuring superior customer service and adjusting the schedules accordingly based on actual scenarios.

  • They will also monitor queue real-time, track and document agent activity across multiple lines of businesses and provide overtime requirements or voluntary time off to ensure efficient staffing.

  • Additionally, they will prepare and publish Intraday and other relevant reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate schedules that meet business requirements, ensuring superior customer service.

  • Adjust schedules according to actual scenarios and provide overtime requirements/voluntary time off as needed.

  • Monitor queue real-time and track/document agent activity across multiple lines of businesses.

  • Prepare and publish Intraday and other relevant reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in workforce management.

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
