Workforce Planning Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced workforce planning professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support in workforce management, allocation, forecasting, scheduling, reporting analysis, and utilising business intelligence tools to drive operational performance and enhance decision-making capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workforce metrics and analytics, with the ability to collect, maintain, and analyse business data, including turnover rates, employee demographics, and performance metrics. They will also have excellent critical thinking skills, with the ability to serve as a change champion and encourage team members to find innovative ways of meeting business demands.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Highly proficient in Excel and overall MS Suite products, including Power BI.
  • Familiarity with or understanding of sales system, CRM, and phone system.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or related experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, reporting analysis, business intelligence, or related field.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyse workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement using metrics to assess workforce effectiveness and productivity.
  2. Predict work volume, handle time and staff shrinkage, and provide staffing recommendations to enhance workforce management and centre-wide performance.
  3. Collaborate with the Analytics Team to create and present reports and dashboards to stakeholders highlighting key workforce metrics, insights, and recommendations for action.
  4. Utilise Power BI experience and solid knowledge of workforce and business intelligence concepts and tools to deliver reporting solutions, data analytics, and decision support to business leaders.

  • Able to work from home and demonstrate a conducive home office environment, free from noise and distraction.
  • Main internet: wired internet of at least 50mbps.
  • Reliable back up internet: at least 10mbps speed.
