Workforce Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will oversee workforce planning using forecast models to ensure optimal staffing levels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and managing absenteeism and attrition on a daily basis.
  • Collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Training teams to ensure new hires are matched to the right clients.
  • Utilizing Lever, MySQL, and other tools to match idle talent with active opportunities in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
  • Managing offboarding processes to ensure timely removal of tools and system access for employees exiting the company.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in workforce management, preferably in a BPO or remote work environment.

Requirements include:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast workforce needs.
  • Proficiency in workforce tools (e.g., Lever) and data management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
