Customer Service Representative

This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats. You will address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products or services while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Research and retrieve information to support customer needs.
  • Document interactions and process claims accurately.
  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous call center experience.
  • A strong command of the English language.
  • A typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Skills in troubleshooting and follow-up.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
