
Finance Manager

This is a dynamic financial position for an experienced professional who can manage the full spectrum of bookkeeping and financial operations, with a focus on delivering accurate results and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- General reconciliation of books and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update supplier invoices in Xero, ensuring timely payments and correct statements.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and rectify errors, promoting efficiency and transparency.
- Follow up with suppliers for outstanding accounts and communicate effectively to resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive financial reports and statements, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies, maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined procedures, enhancing productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Support other clerical business functions as needed, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field.
- Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Diploma or higher) preferred, showcasing expertise and dedication.
- Minimum of 3+ years' bookkeeping experience, with a proven track record of success and reliability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English, to effectively interact with stakeholders and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software, with knowledge of its features and capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
- Organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
