Oversee budgets, control costs, and manage disbursement of funds for daily operations. Define financial policies that guide all fiscal decisions. Ensure timely payments to suppliers, contractors, and government agencies.

Prepare regular financial reports for the General Manager, President, and owners to inform them of the company's financial status.
