Job Description

The role of Junior Finance Business Partner plays a pivotal support position within the finance team, effectively bridging day-to-day financial operations with business unit collaboration. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, maintaining payment records, and supporting financial reconciliation activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices for payment requests promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure all invoices are approved in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
  • Reconcile payments made by executives against company records.
  • Ensure all payments are correctly accounted for and discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payment records.
Administrative Functions
  • Assist in maintaining financial and administrative records.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of financial controls and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Business Unit Collaboration
  • Act as the primary finance contact for designated business units.
  • Provide financial insights and support to business unit managers to aid in decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment between business unit objectives and financial targets.
