Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that align with business objectives.
  • Manage financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

Business Operations:

  • Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Implement financial controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance and coaching to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to ensure their growth and development.

Requirements:

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, preferably in startups or rapidly growing companies.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful financial strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
