The role of the HR Business Partner will be to engage closely with company leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive workforce strategy in support of business objectives. This will involve working across organization effectiveness, talent selection and development, employee productivity, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement business strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Establish and implement overall workforce strategy, organizational design, change management, and workforce planning to drive business transformation.
  • Align performance management and rewards systems to drive and reinforce a culture of high performance.
  • Champion career development and recognition initiatives to reinforce and sustain high levels of employee engagement.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to deliver seamless support.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner role.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Preferably with experience working in the pharma industry.
