We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team of disaster relief agents. In this temporary, remote position, you will have the opportunity to apply your customer service skills and learn our account management systems while making a real difference in the lives of those affected by natural disasters.

As a disaster relief agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with service inquiries, learning common requests and solutions, and improving the overall customer experience. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional service and support to our clients during times of need.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to type swiftly and accurately. You should also have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and basic understanding of Windows operating systems. Highly reliable individuals who can maintain regular attendance and punctuality are preferred.
