At MCI, we are seeking highly motivated and dedicated agents to work in our contact center. This is a temporary, remote position contingent on disaster relief efforts. The ideal candidate will apply the latest customer service techniques and learn our account management systems while helping improve the customers experience during a difficult time.

Job Description

The Contingent Hurricane Relief Agent role involves providing exceptional solutions to simple requests. You will be responsible for assisting customers with service inquiries, learning common requests and solutions, improving the customer's experience, and utilizing our service techniques and systems.

This role requires excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. You must be able to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute), have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), and basic understanding of Windows operating systems.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
