Healthcare Customer Support Representative

This role involves working with medical records to identify potential causes of resubmission, rejection or denials. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:- Reviewing completed work to ensure it meets quality and accuracy standards before submission to billing.

- Contacting clients if information is missing or needs clarification.
- At least 6 months BPO work experience in a healthcare account.
- Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software.
- Good verbal and written English skills.
