About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Creative Content Strategist to spearhead our growth by crafting ad creatives that drive conversions.

You'll serve as the bridge between our internal design teams, UGC creators, and performance marketers, ensuring a continuous flow of engaging content across various platforms.

Your mission: deliver high-performing creatives that win clicks, drive conversions, and scale campaigns.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns.
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content.
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms.
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance (CTR, CVR, success rates) and iterate quickly.
  • Stay ahead of UGC and short-form content trends to keep our ads relevant and engaging.
