Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Creative Project Manager to lead our post-production team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals and be part of a dynamic team that produces high-quality creative content.

In this role, you will oversee the delivery of creative projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and timeliness. You will work closely with editors, designers, copywriters, and brand strategists to scope briefs, manage timelines, and enforce quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deconstruct project briefs to identify business goals and creative objectives
  • Develop tactical production roadmaps in collaboration with the team
  • Allocate tasks across team members to optimize productivity
  • Perform quality control checks on creative outputs in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for quality assurance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in creative project management, preferably in a high-volume brand team or agency setting
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Canva
  • Ability to provide clear and constructive visual feedback
  • Knowledge of post-production workflows, platform specifications, and campaign logic
  • Proven track record of reducing error rates and rework under deadline pressure
  • Comfortable working 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time with a remote team
