Creative Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects, primarily focused on video content.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure smooth execution of creative projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Act as the primary liaison between creative teams, strategists, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Organize and assign tasks, tracking progress and ensuring accountability.

You will work with remote teams and understand their unique dynamics, while fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience managing creative teams, preferably within a marketing or eCommerce environment.
  • Proficiency in ClickUp and knowledge of other project management tools like Asana and Notion.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate project requirements clearly.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
