Job Title: Accounts Receivable Administrator

Job Description:

The role of an Accounts Receivable Administrator involves overseeing the accounts receivable process, focusing on client invoicing, payment tracking, and ensuring compliance with financial and contractual obligations. This includes generating and issuing accurate invoices for logistics services, monitoring and managing accounts receivable, reconciling payments and accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy, communicating with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment inquiries, collaborating with the logistics and operations teams to verify service delivery and billing accuracy, preparing and generating reports on accounts receivable status, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts, and ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or financial administration, preferably in the logistics industry
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in PortPro
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial best practices
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
