Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Logistics and Accounting Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or law, with experience working in a logistics or warehousing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of UPS/FedEx invoices to identify billing errors, overcharges, and discrepancies. This will involve reviewing and assessing software systems for accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency, as well as investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

A key responsibility of this role is to prepare detailed reports and summaries of audit findings with actionable recommendations. Additionally, the specialist will be required to develop and implement controls to prevent future discrepancies and optimize processes.
