We are seeking a skilled professional to join our logistics team in a key role. As a Global Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating the order entry process and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Serves as the focal point of customer inquiries, providing timely responses and resolving concerns efficiently.
  • Consolidates data from multiple systems to facilitate order processing, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • To perform cost audits and validate customer databases, maintaining data integrity.
  • Generate reports including carrier invoice records and volume forecasts, providing valuable insights.
  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Responds to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, escalating issues as needed.
  • Cross-references carrier websites to track milestones and report to customers, ensuring alignment with expectations.
  • Generates tracking reports and Zendesk reports on a weekly and monthly basis, providing critical information.
  • Exports data from systems and updates customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • The ability to work individually and as part of a team is crucial for delivering results.
