Job Overview

We are seeking an Employee Experience Manager to lead our HR team at Career Professionals, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be able to refine our employee standards and procedures to ensure a positive work environment.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  1. HR Systems: Utilize existing HR systems, as well as improved or recommended processes, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  2. Employee Engagement: Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities and are engaged in their work.
  3. Policy Compliance: Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Additional Responsibilities: Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date. Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution. In-charge of HR issues related to discipline and employee dispute. Reviews and proposes improvements on policies and procedures necessary to HR Department's Operations. Develops a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance with the company's vision, mission, and core values. Performs other tasks related to Human Resources as required by the Immediate Head.
