About the Role

This position plays a critical role in ensuring our platform remains secure and compliant with regulations.

The Compliance & Monitoring Specialist will work closely with other security measures to verify new account sign-ups, changes to customer business information, and monitor messaging compliance in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review live message content for customers, detecting potential fraud, spam, and phishing activity.
  • Detect and report suspicious activity, taking appropriate actions to block accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date on new compliance updates and share best practices with teams across the organization.
  • Educate customers about content guidelines and responsible messaging practices.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need 1 year of experience providing live chat customer support, experience in a similar capacity, and proficiency in software platforms and CRM systems.
