Job Title: Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to ensure advertising compliance and publisher operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Monitoring Support: Monitor third-party email campaigns, track issues, and support operational workflows while maintaining data accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Publisher Operations: Maintain and update publisher contact information, consolidate duplicate publishers or aliases within CRM systems, log email correspondence with publishers, and monitor and resolve issues in automated workflows.
  • Operational Task Management: Track timelines, deliverables, and workflows across multiple tools, collaborate with internal teams to confirm task ownership and timely completion, and recap meetings, log action items, and track progress.
  • Data Integrity and Reporting: Compile reports on compliance and publisher operations, track and analyze key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and identify and recommend opportunities for improving workflows, processes, and systems.

This role requires being exceptionally organized, familiar with compliance tools like Optizmo and Lashback, understanding email marketing regulations, and having excellent written and verbal communication skills.
