Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Compliance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our organization maintains compliance with current laws, procedures, and guidelines for assigned states.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will assist the Compliance team in researching information, determining its applicability, saving it, and updating internal resources.
  • Summary of data from research on payor guidelines is also required.
  • You must respond to email queries with accurate and precise information.
  • Reviewing and updating fee schedules as needed is another crucial responsibility.
  • Maintaining Excel spreadsheets is essential for this position.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years of college education is necessary for this role.
  • At least two years of experience in medical billing, preferably in Behavioral Health, is also required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to plan and prioritize deadlines are essential qualities for this position.
