Workflow Developer Job Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled Workflow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and updating troubleshooting workflows based on business requirements using low-code programming.

  1. Create or update troubleshooting workflows using Sweepr.
  2. Organize, prioritize, and act on feedback, fixes, and enhancements within project scopes.
  3. Assist with special projects within the team's scope and roadmap.
  4. Test newly released content, apply fixes and enhancements.
  5. Document enhancements and fixes in tickets.
  6. Support QA testing and write test cases.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to understand process flow diagrams. Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel is also highly desirable. Experience with Jira, Figma, Figjam would be an asset.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Ability to understand process flow diagrams.
  • Technical knowledge of relevant products.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
