Finance Director Role

As a seasoned finance leader, you will spearhead the overall financial integrity and performance of a country or cluster. Your expertise in commercial finance, category finance, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) will drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, aligning with global and regional objectives.
  • Lead a finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to drive growth strategies, pricing initiatives, and margin optimization.

Accountabilities:

  • Commercial Finance: Lead country-level FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and category performance analysis.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with global/regional objectives while balancing local market opportunities.
  • Governance & Controls: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, maintain robust internal controls, and stewardship of company assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of finance experience in FMCG, consumer goods, food, or pharma sectors.
  • Proven track record in commercial finance, category finance, and FP&A.
  • Strong knowledge of governance, controls, and compliance frameworks.
  • Leadership skills, ability to coach and develop finance talent.
