Senior Supply Chain Strategist Opportunity

This role is responsible for maximizing short-term supply and balancing mid-to-long-term supply vs. demand to achieve customer satisfaction, financial targets, and optimize inventory and cost.

  • Provide critical insights and options on supply constraints for decision-making and ensure alignment of raw material supply with internal and external capacity.
  • Drive the monthly Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, translating demand signals into actionable supply plans across all Work Centers.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the monthly Operations Supply SIOP Review, incorporating inputs from Demand Planning and Work Center Supply Reviews.
  2. Develop and coach the monthly Supply Review process for each Work Center, ensuring robust data analysis and incorporating unconstrained market demand and demand plans.
  3. Manage overall Supply Chain constraints, escalating issues to Operations before supply plan publication.
  4. Collaborate with Master Scheduling to ensure order fulfillment, quarterly revenue achievement, and supply plan execution align with financial targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Fifteen plus years of experience in operations management roles, with a preference for SIOP or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) experience.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional/global projects with a continuous improvement mindset.
