As a strategic risk advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the robust security and compliance of our clients' technology controls. Your exceptional skills in SOC 1, SOC 2, and HIPAA audits, coupled with your ability to analyze and strengthen tech controls, will make you a valuable asset to our organization.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough audits with hands-on support from experts to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze technical data to ensure strong security measures are in place.
  • Present impactful findings to management and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client operations and drive results through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders by providing regular updates and addressing challenges proactively.
Requirements
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • High drive to succeed and grow, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • Minimum 1 year of IT audit experience at a leading firm or equivalent, preferably in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, cyber security, or MIS is preferred.
  • Certifications such as CISA, CPA, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or PCI QSA are highly valued but not required.
Desirable Skills
  • Proficiency in GRC software to streamline audit processes.
  • Knowledge of automation platforms like Vanta, Drata, or Secureframe.
  • Experience with cloud security on AWS or Azure.
  • Understanding of broader frameworks such as NIST CSF or GDPR.
