Technical Systems Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to become a skilled IT Engineer and join our global IT team.
The role focuses on delivering technical support and resources to employees across the globe.
As an IT Engineer, you will be working closely with various teams including finance and global IT to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities include providing timely resolutions for customer computer and application issues, managing the IT ticket queue efficiently, administering employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 2-3 years of IT engineering experience, proficiency in end-user operating systems, and basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
Additionally, experience with scripting and automation, productivity software such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365, and familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V are highly desirable.
As a critical member of the IT team, you will engage in continuous personal and professional development to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
