Technical Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Technical Automation Specialist to support our sales team's growth by handling tech stack related tasks, overseeing the tech stack, and working with the director of sales operations to support the sales team's needs.
This is a dynamic role that requires a wizard with Zapier, excellent people skills, and a passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving. You will work closely with marketing teams to ensure all marketing funnels and sales systems are working properly from a tech standpoint.
You will assist the Director of Sales Ops with onboarding and setting up new accounts and sales reps, ensuring all new sales reps are setup correctly from a tech stack perspective before they go live to take first calls, and help implement and set up new tech stack, systems, & processes.
