· Audit inspections as per operational schedule and loading capacity
· Preparation of technical reports such as;
· Audit inspection reports
· Monthly Project Status Reports
· QIRs/PCIRs - based on actual observation
· Week post-con reports
o Monitor of updates of the following:
· QM Project Master List
· Post-con works monitoring files (QM Post-con & PWRF Files)
o Technical evaluation of post-con works thru work packages & Job Orders for labor only partnering rates and preparation of cost estimates for budget purposes
o Final inspection of completed works of contractors
o Handling warranty Complaints
o Oversee on all inventory units & units NYTO to buyers and safekeeping of keys
