Remote Bookkeeper and Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to support our business operations in a remote setup.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented bookkeeper and administrative professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing financial tasks, coordinating payroll, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will provide exceptional administrative support, including email management, scheduling, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage QuickBooks for financial tasks, payroll coordination, and invoice creation
  • Process timecards and generate reports
  • Support job costing, contract tracking, and material ordering
  • Assist with email management, scheduling, and general administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with vendors and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and/or executive assistant roles
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks (bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Experience in small business or contractor/trade environments is preferred
  • Familiarity with email platforms, timecard processing, and contract management
