Job Title: Part-Time Bookkeeper (20 hours/week) – QuickBooks Online with SMM Experience

Location: Remote

Schedule: Flexible (20 hours per week)

Start Date: ASAP

About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy in our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and the ability to work independently.This role will primarily focus on bookkeeping but may also include occasional ad-hoc administrative tasks and light social media management. The schedule is flexible, making it ideal for someone looking for steady part-time work in a remote setting.Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online.

Record and categorize transactions accurately.

Reconcile bank and credit card statements.

Prepare invoices, process payments, and track accounts receivable/payable.

Generate basic financial reports for management review.

Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Perform occasional administrative support tasks.

Assist with light social media posting or updates as needed.

QualificationsRequired:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accounting assistant, or similar role.

Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online.

Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

Prior experience in a remote work environment.

Familiarity with light social media management tools

Experience in handling ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Rate: $5-$6 usd per hour
