Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the overall service (including people/processes/tools/infrastructure) to ensure availability and meet agreed service level requirements.
  • Mentor and guide Cloud Operations Analysts to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate and improve the customer and operational support environments to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Provide prompt and effective incident management, analyzing and resolving incidents and problems, escalating to other resolver groups as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to develop and implement plans for security incidents and compliance initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of operational run books and processes.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for technical customer concerns and collaborate with Support and Engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment, managing cloud-based infrastructure
  • Demonstrated expertise in public cloud architecture (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS)
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with centralized and decentralized environment models
