Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking an exceptional Dispatch Professional who will excel in facilitating same-day deliveries across the US. This individual will be responsible for dispatching runs, communicating with cross-functional teams, and providing daily interaction with driver agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch deliveries in assigned markets and create efficient routes based on driver schedules, customer needs, and service level due times.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of the CXT dispatch system to optimize delivery processes.
  • Communicate directly with customers via phone and email to resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional tone.
  • Display mastery of Dialpad and Zendesk, our telephone and ticketing systems.
  • Provide direct and efficient communication and immediate feedback to drivers.
  • Achieve on-time delivery metrics of 90%+ for all markets assigned.
  • Provide positive and ongoing feedback to General Managers, City Managers, and Supervisors regarding driver supply needs and performance.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of clients, drivers, and market-specific needs.
  • Be available to work assigned shifts with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, including weekends and holidays.
