About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Dispatch Auditor, where you will be responsible for ensuring accurate billing and data analysis. You will work closely with business owners to investigate issues and recommend solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Select workload in ServiceNow to ensure efficient auditing
  2. Audit dispatches for accurate billing and identify discrepancies
  3. Verify notes justify the selected scope of work
  4. Ensure parts captured in dispatch scope are justified by supporting documentation
  5. Adjust Work Order Template (WOT) questions to reflect actual events and improve accuracy
  6. Select correct information, including billing for dispatch parts, to ensure financial transparency
  7. Manipulate time and date to fit dispatch parameters, promoting streamlined workflows
  8. Ensure scope is met, delivering high-quality results
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong reading skills to analyze complex documents
  • Ability to navigate ServiceNow and other software systems efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
