US Tax Preparation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled US tax preparation specialist to join our team. As a key member of our tax support team, you will provide expert guidance and assistance to clients on premium services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients to obtain and review tax information, prepare accurate tax returns, and conduct thorough tax research projects.
  • Evaluate client financial statements and tax returns to ensure accuracy and adherence to IRS regulations, minimizing tax liabilities whenever possible.
  • Collaborate with senior tax professionals to deliver premium services and provide exceptional customer support.

Required Qualifications:

  • English language proficiency (C1 minimum)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Must be able to take individual calls with clients in English
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in US tax preparation

Ideal Skills:

  • Fluency in English (C1+)
  • Enrolled agent or certification in progress or already obtained
  • Familiarity with tax preparation software and applications
  • Experience working with web-based applications
