Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for service technicians based on availability and customer needs.
  • Monitor and manage dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate dispatching of resources.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and technicians, addressing inquiries and providing updates on service status.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of dispatch operations, including schedules and technician assignments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize dispatch processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in resolving any issues that arise related to dispatch coordination.
  • Other related duties as assigned to support department goals.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a dispatch or coordination role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using dispatch or scheduling software.
