We are leading the future of customer experience with AI. Our Customer Success Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping how our customer-facing teams deliver value and scale with growth.

This strategic position owns the systems and processes at the heart of our customer journey, ensuring seamless execution and long-term retention.

The ideal candidate will design and optimize workflows to drive renewals, surface insights, and inform company strategy. They will be responsible for Gainsight and Salesforce administration, managing integrations between key tools, and driving automation to improve efficiency.

As a strategic partner to the CS leadership team, they will build and maintain reporting dashboards for leadership and track KPIs to drive customer outcomes and operational efficiency.

We are looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset, able to turn data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate has experience with SaaS subscription business models, renewal forecasting, and customer revenue operations.

A proven track record of designing scalable processes for customer-facing teams is essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also required.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Design and optimize workflows to support Customer Success, Support, and Onboarding teams.
  • Standardize playbooks, renewal processes, health scoring models, and customer journey maps.
  • Manage integrations between Gainsight, Salesforce, Zendesk, and other CS tooling.
  • Drive automation to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards for leadership.
  • Track KPIs and provide insights that drive customer outcomes and operational efficiency.
Who We're Looking For
  • An analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with SaaS / subscription business models.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, RevOps, or related operations role.
  • Exposure to renewal forecasting and customer revenue operations.
  • Hands-on Gainsight administration & strong Salesforce skills.
  • Proven track record of designing scalable processes for customer-facing teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also required.
